摘要

Lithium metaborate and lithium tetraborate fusion followed by ICP-MS measurement of 32 international stream sediment and soil reference samples for the determination of 22 elements (14 REEs and the trace elements Be, Ge, Mo, Sn, W, Hf, Ta, and U) are reported in this paper. Most of the data are in good agreement with the published certified values. Some of the data are reported for the first time by the present authors. All of these data are the mean of five separate dissolutions and analyses. Precision for most of the elements is generally better than 10% RSD for elemental concentrations >1 ppm and 10-20% RSD for elemental concentrations <1 ppm.
