The white broiler chicken market in China has suffered a number of blows in recent years. The situation is challenging, and producers suffered significant losses. But Christopher Langholz, leader of Cargill's Global Poultry group, believes some basicvirtues will help reverse the current trend. Mr Langholz, who previously headed Cargill's animal protein unit in China from 2011-2015, told RICH HERZFELDER that ultimately, "Cargill is bullish on chicken in China."
