Tender brings lukewarm response

Only seven bidders are reported to have submitted 22 offers for 15 blocks following the Petrobangla tender offer of 28 offshore blocks in a 150,000km2 area of the Bay of Bengal.On offer were eight blocks in shallow water,with the remainder in deep water.The bidders include ConocoPhillips,Santos,and Cairn Energy.
