CNOOC offers 33 China blocks

State-owned China National Offshore Oil Corp (CNOOC) has invited foreign operators to join the tender process to bid for 33 exploration blocks that it is offering offshore China. The blocks cover a total of 126,108sq km and are spread across six different regions.
