Holcim in TPI Polene bid as Cemex fades

HOLCIM, a Swiss cement company, has emerged as the sole bidder for a stake in TPI Polene, after Cemex, a Mexican cement company, withdrew its bid last week as the creditors steering committee did not respond to its offer by the 17 October deadline.
