Kolo still in talks to end June walk-out

KOLON Industries is still talks with union leaders to try to end a strike that started on 23 June,a company source told ACN.More than 1200 workers at the company's plant in Gumi,South Korea,are striking against company plans to scrap its older polyester filament yarn facilities and transfer 100 of 200 workers to its high-tech electronic-and industrial-materials division,leaving the other 100 without a job.
