China may revise its domestic fuel pric- ing mechanism, potentially making it profitable for refiners to import more higher-priced crude. Beijing is consider- ing raising the breakeven crude band, expanding its basket of reference crudes and reducing the price-monitoring cycle. Changes are likely to be tested for several months before being implemented.
