Samara sticks to Tuapse

Product exports from the Black Sea port of Tuapse are scheduled to rise by 10.6pc from November to 1.4mn t this month, market participants say. Fuel oil and gasoil exports are on the rise thanks to higher supplies from Rosneft’s Samara refineries. But actual December exports from Tuapse could be lower than scheduled if cargoes are held to January, when export duty falls as part of the so-called “tax manoeuvre”.
