Brent strength draws cargoes north

A recent resurgence in North Sea prices,especially for benchmark-setting Brent,has reopened the arbitrage for light sweet crude from the Mediterranean.At least one cargo of Algeria's Saharan Blend is booked to move north (see upper graph).
