Mitsui OSK Lines to Operate Four Tankers in Conjunction with Gulf LPG Transport Company

The recently-created Qatari firm Gulf LPG Transport Company has signed an agreement with Mitsui OSK Lines(MOL)for the long-term charter of four 82,000-cu m tankers for the transport of liquefied petroleum gas(LPG).The ships are currently under construction at the South Korean shipyards of Hyundai Heavy Industries(HHI).Gulf LPG Transport is due to take delivery shortly of the first of them,the Bu Sidra,and it will be followed in July by the Umm Laqhab.
