According to Oil Ministry figures cited by the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran,the country's oil production dechned slightly in the second half of its 2005-06 fiscal year(which is to say the period from 23 September 2005 to 20 March 2006),averaging 4.1 million b/d during those six months.
