Start-up of train 5 of RasGas II

Ras Laffan Liquefied Natural Gas Company Limited II (RLII),a joint venture between Qatar Petroleum (QP) and ExxonMobil,has started to commission the fifth train of its gas liquefaction complex,and the new train will be officially inaugurated before the end of this month,Energy Minister Abdallah bin Hamad al-Attiyah announced on 5 March.Addressing the press on the occasion of Megas,Mr.al-Attiyah pointed out that train 5 had a capacity of 4.7 million tons/year.
