Algeria intends to put particular emphasis on the development of the downstream oil and gas sectors,the Minister of Energy and Mines,Mr.Chakib Khelil,reiterated at the opening of the 5th International Strategic Conference on Investment Opportunities in the Energy and Mining Sector that took place in Oran.This objective forms part of an integration strategy for the whole oil chain,from the upstream to the downstream.
