GeoGlobal Wants to Sell All or Part of its 30% Interests in the North Ha'py and South Diyur Concessions

The Canadian company GeoGlobal Resources Inc.(GGR) has mandated its financial adviser,Canaccord Enermarket Ltd.,to find a buyer for all or part of its 30% interests in two Egyptian concessions,whether through a cash transaction or under a farm-in agreement.The concessions concerned are North Ha'py (Block 6) and South Diyur (Block 8),which were awarded in 2006 by Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company (EGAS) and Ganope respectively to a consortium that also included Gujarat State Petroleum Company (GSPC),operator with a 50% interest,and Alkor Petroo Limited/IVRCL Infrastructure & Projects Ltd.(20%).
