PGS charters from PF Thor

Listed Norwegian seismic survey vessel owner Petroleum Geo-Services (PGS) has reported the signing of a 10-year charter agreement with PF Thor for four seismic support vessels to be built in Besiktas, Turkey The 64.4m-long vessels are due for delivery from 3Q/2014 onwards. They will be owned and operated by PF Thior during their charter contracts, which include options for extension. PGS said: "The new vessels will provide support for PGS's fleet of seismic vessels." It added that they would replace existing older units.
