Dear Sir, If true, the combative language used by both sides concerning delivery of service and more critically supply and demand data is, to say the least, baffling and doubtless arises as a consequence of mistrust and frustration. Talk of winners and losers in the transport sector makes little sense when both sides are equally dependent upon one another. In my experience, whether it be in telecommunications, finance, information technology or retail then cost is the real issue in, increasingly, competitive trading environments.
