摘要

The X-ray diffraction method has been applied todetermine the internal stresses in two phases austeno-ferritic steelduring uniaxial tensile test. The elasto-plastic deformation modelwas used to predict internal stresses and critical resolved shearstress for the both phases. The model calculations weresuccessfully compared with the information obtained from theshift and broadening of diffraction peak. Finally, the parameterscharacterising elasto-plastic deformation fore duplex steel were determined.
