摘要

Seventy-eight percent of food and beverage companies polled for a recent survey report having passed on at least some of their inflation costs to customers. Meanwhile, consumers report buying more private-label food items as grocery prices have been increasing, and their new shopping habits, thanks to the pandemic, mean that food, as a percentage of ecommerce, has taken a big step forward.
