Finnish board manufacturer Pankaboard is planning to open a sales office in St Petersburg in Russia. This will enable the company to strengthen its service in the country and in the CIS (Community of Independent States) and to increase its presence there, said Pankaboard. The office is scheduled to commence business on 10 March. The US paper merchant Gould Paper Corporation has appointed David H. Berkowltz as the company's new executive vice-president and CEO. Berkowitz has been working for Gould Paper Corporation since 2007.
