Urea, ammonium nitrate and even urea ammonium nitrate prices all leapt this week on a supply-driven rally. In addition to supply cuts in Ukraine, Chinese participation in the export market is now under threat as participants react to the latest statement from the country’s National Development and Reform Commission.
