PURPOSE: An electronic commerce system via the internet is provided to overcome the limitations by time and space in a transaction, and to increase the distribution profit between a buyer and a seller, by performing the electronic commerce via the internet transaction for many products. CONSTITUTION: A terminal(1) is used to search a web site on the internet and a server(2) transmits searched data to the terminal(1). An input part(1-1) is connected to an interface part(1-2). An internet protocol part(1-4) is operated under the control of an operation system(1-3). A browser(1-5) is capable of connection to the internet by the internet protocol part(1-4). An output part(1-7) displays the data searched by the browser(1-5). The server(2) includes a connection part(2-1), an interface part(2-2), an operating system(2-3) and an internet protocol part(2-4). A database management part(2-7) is connected between a common gateway program part(2-6) and a database part(2-8). The part(2-7) generates the data for operating the part(2-6) referring to the database part(2-8).
