1487278 Weighing machine BIZERBAWERKE WILHEM KRAUT KG 23 Oct 1975 [31 Oct 1974] 43540/75 Heading G1W A weighing machine comprises a scale carrier 1 having a plurality of price scales, optical projection means including a lens 7 mounted on a movable support 8, and a setting mechanism 16, 21 drivingly coupled to the support by transmission means 26, 27, 28 and actuable to cause the transmission means to move the support in steps to displace the lens between positions corresponding to the price scales, the transmission means being adjustable to vary the spacings between the lens positions. The support 8 is a lever comprising parts 11, 12 guided for relative sliding movement by pins 14 and slot 13, the lower end of the lever engaging a linear guide 15. The setting mechanism comprises a drum 17 coupled to an indexing disc 18 and a cord 19, 21, and the transmission means comprises a pin 26 connected to cord 19 and engaging a slot 27 is lever 8, the pin 26 being guided by means such as a groove or a roller arrangement along guide 28. The position of the guide 28 relative to pivot pin 9 of lever 8 is adjustable to vary the spacings between the lens positions. An arcuate guide, Fig. 5 (not shown) may be used. The guide may be adjustable by means of eccentric discs.
