Prices to fall in November

By October 20, average market prices for A3 scrap in the European part of Russia had remained largely unchanged despite mills' attempts to send them down. In the Ural Federal District, prices inched up by 1% from late September. Such developments were attributed to mills' concerns over disruption of relatively stable supplies and a lack of confidence in competitors' moves.
