EcoGraf advances integrated graphite plans

Australian graphite solutions developer EcoGraf is rapidly advancing its international status as a vertically integrated upstream and downstream graphite producer as well as a recycler. The company — already fully funded for the 5,000 t/yr first phase of a 20,000 t/yr battery anode materials plant in Western Australia and eyeing possible sites, including some in Germany, for a similar 20,000 t/yr facility in Europe — is nearing the completion of financing arrangements for its construction-ready 60,000 t/yr Epanko natural flake graphite mining operation in Tanzania.
