I nnovation and digitalization, together with sustainability, are the three growth drivers of Azelis, a leading distributor of specialties and food ingredients with sales of about €2.22 billion/year ($2.62 billion). Azelis, owned by private equity firm EQT Partners, invests constantly in its digitalization efforts and aims to be a leading provider of digital services and insights, and of innovation services, to the I industries it serves. The company is rolling out a customer experience platform consisting of a customer portal and an e-Lab to help realize this ambition. "Via these tools the Azelis team has become a true pioneer in the industry, and in doing so has been able to make a real 1 difference for our customers and 1 principals, and attract new business along the way," Heli Kilpala, group strategy and digitalization director at Azelis, tells CW.
