The present invention is to provide a tool which can classify various activities of customers visiting an online website of e-commerce or the like by each attribute, can dynamically classify the customers into various groups based on an attribute value of a corresponding customer for each attribute, and can perform an optimum marketing activity on the classified customer. According to the present invention, provided is a method for classifying a customer into group which comprises: a first step of repeating, for each of various attributes, a process of selecting one among the various attributes for dividing customer experience analysis data and setting a selection range and a logic operation symbol for each corresponding attribute, and a process of selecting the other one among the various attributes and setting a selection range and a logic operation symbol for each corresponding attribute; a second step of selecting, for each attribute, a list of customers having an attribute value of the customers included in the set selection range for each attribute when a group generation request is present after determining the selection range and the logic operation symbol for each individual attribute in the first step, and operating the list of customers with a logic according to an operation method determined in the logic operation symbol; and a third step of generating the list of customers obtained by operating the list of customers for each attribute in the second step into a designated group, and storing the group.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
