Thanks to online solutions like shop-at-home, virtual appointments and curbside pick-up, dealers were still able to meet the needs of consumers and keep business moving. The pandemic forced retailers to pivot operations, causing some to at-tempt new endeavors online that were previously untouched. And with consumers confined to their homes, many looked to conduct much of their floor buying process online.
