摘要

In recent years, the enediyne antitumor antibiotics have received widespread attention due to their unique mechanism of DNA cleavage and unusual structures, which repreasent a challenging synthetic problem. synthesis and cyclization of less complex systems have also been studied. While considerable effort has been devoted to the synthetic and DNA cleaving studies of these enediynes and enyne allenes, limited attention has been focused on trapping the intermediate diyl in further radical cyclizations.
