Kuwait and Saudi Arabia separately inked deals this week with the UK and France for the transfer of nuclear technology and exper- tise as both Mideast Gulf producers look to build nuclear power plants. Kuwait's memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the UK, signed during a visit by Prime Minister David Cameron, follows deals inked with France, Russia and Japan.
