Atlas Tubular LLC faces a breach of contract lawsuit from steel pipe trader Daewoo International America Corp. for allegedly failing to pay nearly $28 million for steel pipe, according to a recent court filing.The Teaneck, N.J.-based trading firm also accused the Robstown, Texas-based distributor in District Court in Texas of being tardy with payments for steel pipe ordered between June and October 2014 and improperly claiming deductions for damages, defects, and nonconformities in the shipments.
