South Korea’s DAEwoo Engineering & Construction has won a US $50m contract to carry out piping works at the BP-operated Tangguh LNG export facility in Indonesia. The deal is a part of the Tangguh expansion project, which includes the addition of a third liq- uefaction train with a capacity of 3.8m tons a year. The project will boost the total plant’s capacity to 11.4m tons per year. The plant is located in Papua Barat Province.
