River transportation companies are not seeing the samekind of increases in coal shipments revenue by major railroads,according to a company executive.“On a broad spectrum, there has been somewhat of an uptick incoal shipments, but those shipments have not reached the river wherewe’re focused on,” said Robert McCoy, the executive vice president andCOO of Amherst Madison, a marine towing company headquartered inCharleston, W.Va., serving the Kanawha and Ohio rivers.
