Nutrien to sell remaining stake in SQM via auction and placement

Nutrien (Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada) on Tuesday announced its intention to sell its remaining stake in Sociedad Química y Minera de Chile (SQM; Santiago, Chile) via auction and placement. The company will sell up to all of its 20,166,319 Series B common shares to Chilean investors, certain other non-US persons, and qualified institutional buyers. The placement is being conducted through a bookbuild auction on the Santiago Stock Exchange (SSE).
