PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buying and selling order placement system for sequentially placing a buying and selling order to a plurality of transaction performance systems such as an exchange system and PTS for performing a buying and selling transaction based on one buying and selling consignment order accepted from an orderer on a buying and selling order of stock or the like.;SOLUTION: Information on the buying and selling consignment order accepted from the orderer is stored in an order record, and information on the buying and selling order placed to the transaction performance system such as the exchange and PTS is stored in an order placement record, and the order placement record placed to two or more different transaction performance systems is related to the one order record so that consecutive order placement of the buying and selling order to the plurality of the transaction performance systems can be achieved. Information on an agreement status of the buying and selling consignment order and transition to a second transaction performance system is stored in the order record, and thereby necessity of the consecutive order placement is determined from the order record.
