US toluene increased with uplift from rising gasoline blend values and despite a supply overhang that is slowly being worked of. In Europe, gasoline prices recovered, but toluene fell marginally amid expectations of increased supply. Asian values strengthened on the back of falling Chinese inventory and recovering gasoline prices. The arbitrage to the United States was wide open.
