The article reflects possibility of a heightening of productivity and improvement of quality of process ESA at usage of impulses with energy less than 0,5 J. In a bottom of the offered solution - waiving of conventional philosophy of forming of the spark channel encounter by a treating electrode and detail. The tendered electrode system ensures an opportunity of feeding of impulse at any moment of time, allows to implement requirements of forming of the spark channel by explosion of contacting asperities of adjoining electrodes were in continuous driving from each other (slide of a electrode on a detail) in one plane.
