Improvement of physico-chemical properties of chromonickel deposited metal by modification

摘要

Influence of the modification by alkaline and alkaline-earth, rare-earth and refractory elements on physico-chemical properties of chromonickel deposited metal was investigated. It was determined, that weld metal of EO7KH19N1OGB type, modified insingle-factor variation by caesium, calcium, cerium and zirconium, is characterized by corrosion resistance and mechanical properties, superior to that in use of standard electrodes (NZH-13, E-08KH19N11M2B; EA-400/lOu, E-O7KH19N11M3G2F; OZL-6,E-1KH25N13G2 and others). The use of test electrodes gave positive results in wood-pulp and paper industry in the repair of the equipment of 1OKH1SN1OT type steels, operated in high-temperature alkaline and weakly oxidizing mediums.
