摘要

New ridge-type waveguide quasi-phase-matched second-harmonic generation device was fabricated by bonding and precision machining techniques. Stable high-power blue/violet light of 132 mW (CW), using the Ti:Al{sup}2O{sup}3 laser as a fundamental source, was successfully obtained. Compact SHG laser module (32 mW, 410 nm, pulse) was demonstrated by frequency doubling of a tunable distributed Bragg reflector laser diode.
