摘要

A method of comprehensive solution of the problem of rational engineering of type and dimension ranks of metal-to-plastic friction couples of braking devices operating with repeated brief actuations is disclosed. The physical simulation model ofwear integrates the process of thermoelastic variations of the friction surface of the counterbody in a couple. The results of studies of the dynamics of origination of the contact contour area of the braking friction couple are demonstrated. The methodof optimization of friction couples is based on a mathematical model employing a system of equations of thermal friction and wear dynamics and a LP-search algorithm.
