摘要

In order to evaluate the spatial resolution by measuring near-field electro-magnetic radiation, the radiated emission of the test pattern with 4 signal lines on a PCB was measured. It was necessary to evaluate correlation between radiated components and line patterns. If the lines and spaces were broader than the spatial resolution of a magnetic probe, 4 peaks of the horizontal component of the magnetic field could be obtained. This result was confirmed by calculating from Biot-Savart's law. Fine evaluation of spatial resolution was obtained by measuring the radiated emission of the test pattern with 4 signal lines.
