摘要

In this paper, Code-Modulated Synchronized-OOK (CMS-OOK) modulation scheme is proposed. Based on 65nm SOTB (Silicon-On Thin Buried Oxide) CMOS technology, analog part of a CMS-OOK transmitter (TX) was designed, fabricated and evaluated in combination with based-FPGA digital part. Thanks to code modulation and controlling the carrier frequency by body bias of the SOTB devices, the spectrum of TX's output is spread to achieve 15 MHz bandwidth and -62dBm peak of power spectral density. It consumes average 83μW corresponding to 83nJ/bit at 1kbps data transmission. Besides, with quick waking-up and turning-off with no power transmitting, CMS-OOK TX is an excellent choice for normally-off wireless sensor networks.
