ESTIMATION METHOD ON THE FILLING UP PROPERTIES OF HIGH FLOW GROUT MORTAR

In late years retaining shield letting steel platesand slit of existing concrete inject mortar and concrete in repairand strengthening work of done civil engineering structure has increased.Performance of grout mortar must have the segregationresistance and fluidity of the flow that can be filled up to allcorners of form.In this study, the high flow grout mortar was poured intoclearance of fixed spacing, and measured the discharging timeof J funnel and the diameter of spreaded mortar in two plasticplates. And it was investigated what kind of analysis approachshould have been made much of in order to let charging natureimprove. As a result it became clear for discharging time ofgrout materials to receive both affect of plastic viscosity andyield value and for filling up nature to be easy to receive affectof yield value.
