摘要

In this study, the ambient environmental temperature on the positioning accuracy of a periodic moving carrier was investigated. The moving carrier operated in an environmental chamber in which operational temperature can be controlled by an air conditioning system. Different operational temperature modes including stable, temperature raise, temperature decline, summer daytime and winter nighttime modes were generated within the environmental chamber by the air conditioning system in order to investigate the operational temperature effect on the positioning accuracy. From the experimental measurements of positioning accuracy of the periodic moving carrier, it is found that the operational temperature conditions can result in great effect on the positioning accuracy of the moving carrier, especially in the case of operational temperature decline. In a stable operational condition, the positioning accuracy can be reduced to a less value about 11μm, and the positioning accuracy of the moving carrier can be greatly improved.
