摘要

Effects of light of different wavelength were investigated on the free fatty acid (FFA) values of stored crude palm oils. Palm oil samples were stored under red, blue and green light for 21 days and samples were analysed at 2 day intervals. Control samples were stored in sunlight. FFA values increased with storage time in all samples. At the end of the storage period, FFA values were similar after storage under red, green and blue light (2.500, 2.513 and 2.742 mg g--1), whereas values after storage in sunlight were lower (1.084 mg g--1).
