Problems of Web based teacher training system for ICT

摘要

It is necessary for the school teachers to make class using new information technology in each subject and the period of integrated study since 2002 by New curriculum standard. Then they have to get not only ICT skills for themselves but also teaching methods for ICT. We developed teacher training cubiculum for the teaching method for ICT and WBT system for the school teachers and have practiced for about 3 months using this WBT system. In this paper, we report some problems and possibility of WBT for ICT by the experiences of management of WBT system for the teacher.
