In the next generation mobile communication, the adaptive antenna become indispensable in order to realize the radio communication of high-speed and wideband. On the other hand, the active integrated antenna is effective against the miniaturization, the decrease of the noise and the transmission loss because the antenna of the passive element and the circuit contained an active element are composed on the same substrate. In this paper, we investigated the FDTD analysis of active integrated antenna with amplifier. We adopt voltage source approach which unites with the calculation of FET to use for the amplifier and the FDTD method. We examined the way of applied voltage in 8.5GHz low noise amplifier, and modeled the bias circuit to converge in the setting voltage. We also discussed the radiation pattern of active patch antenna, and found out that the level of the cross polarization increased by the effect of the current of drain bias line which is arranged in the neighborhood of the patch antenna. The active slot antenna could be controlled a cross polarization by separating a radiation part and a circuit part.
