We have surveyed stranded sea turtles at Kanto region since 2002. Four species of logger-head turtle, Caretta caretta, green turtle, Chelonia mydas, leatherback turtle, Dermochelys coriacea, hawksbill turtle, Eretmochelys imbricata, were found. So far, information of 860 stranded sea turtles have been gathered together and piled up them. Since we started regular necropsy survey in 2004, 751 stranded sea turtles were informed. Most of them were loggerheads and greens, 64.4 % and 32.6 %, respectively. As a result, we found differences of appearances of stranded period and their size. Both species also have annual changes of sex ratio. There is a difference in the food habit between for species according to the alimentary canal contents. Especially in case of loggerheads and greens, there were strong differences between the growth of their intestines.
