Development of Feedback System for Bridge Construction

摘要

Consolidation of technical information for bridge construction has been completed for quality assurance of IHI, to overcome problems resulting from IHI operation departments located in five districts throughout Japan. A feedback system to correspond to problems that occur at work sites had been necessary to cope with the ISO-9000 series, and has replaced conventional feedback sheets. The new system has been developed based on a client-server database concept using the MS-Windows GUI tool and PC LAN-WAN. The system is easily operated.
