I report on a modified facelift, which is minimal swelling around the side of the head, no scar in the hair, no change of the sideburns position and minimal downtime, hi a face and neck lift, I made a Lazy-S incision parallel to the lower part of the sideburns, instead of the conventional incision made in the side of the head. I also performed the upper eyelid lift using the removal of the excess skin under and lateral side from the eyebrow. The excision of the excess skin and orbicularis oculi muscle under the eyebrow improved the looseness made by the Lateral SMASectomy around the cheek and the lateral can-thus. I found minimal swelling that would remarkably appear around the side of the head because of incision and undermining. Besides, there was no scar in the hair. The position of the sideburns was not changed. And the downtime was minimal.
