The characteristics of a 32Ah Ceramic battery designed for a system combined with the renewable energy source, such as a solar cell and a windmill, were investigated. The Ceramic battery showed good high-rate performance up to 100A-charge and discharge, and exhibited good response to 100Hz-full-wave rectification.
